This mornng..I've been thinking about sewing...I want to make something today..don't know what...maybe a purse.
I love fabric...that's why I have about 5 plastic storage bins full of fabric...and tons of fabric scraps.
Bright, happy, colorful fabrics...so after I get my orders ready to mail..hopefully, I can decide what to sew...hope so..sometimes after my trip to the post office..I run out of steam and my best made plans seem to drift away and I find myself just napping in my favorite chair.
I usually get up around 3:30 or 4...so by noon I am really sleeply..but sometimes I get a second wind and manage to get something done. I see so many ideas on the internet...I want to try everything ...that's not good...I'm too scattered and in the end..don't get much done.

Enlarge and save above photo for ironon

Here is a pattern to make this sweet little blue bird pillow..simply right click on the last picture...save to desk top and print it onto ironon heat transfer paper (letter size) then following instructions on your paper..iron the transfer onto a 9x9" piece of muslin..stitch around all edges of design..stitch a stem, little flower and leaves.  Select a 9x9" matching print fabric...lay right sides together, stitch around edge leave small opening to stuff with polyester stuffing, stitch opening shut..and you have a sweet little pillow..like the one in my  photo.

Before I list the crafting links..I want to share a photo of Jesus..it's is his Devine Mercy Image..at the bottom of the picture it says "Jesus I Trust In You"..this is to remind us that God's Mercy is Infinite..there is nothing that he will not forgive, if you are truly repented and ask his forgiveness.
Devine Mercy Sunday is the next Sunday after Easter Sunday.  On Good Friday we start the Devine Mercy Novena..which is 9 days of prayers.

This link at EWTN will have more information:

"Jesus asked that the Feast of the Divine Mercy be preceded by a Novena to the Divine Mercy which would begin on Good Friday. He gave St. Faustina an intention to pray for on each day of the Novena
In her diary, St. Faustina wrote that Jesus told her:
"On each day of the novena you will bring to My heart a different group of souls and you will immerse them in this ocean of My mercy ... On each day you will beg My Father, on the strength of My passion, for the graces for these souls."

The Devine Mercy Chaplet is a beautiful prayer .... it is said on the Rosary Beads..you will also find it at the EWTN link above..to the side it will say Devine Mercy Chaplet...Here is what Jesus told St. Faustina

"First say one 'Our Father', 'Hail Mary', and 'I believe'. Then on
the large beads say the following words:
'Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity
of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement
for our sins and those of the whole world.'
On the smaller beads you are to say the following words:
'For the sake of His sorrowful Passion have mercy on us and on the
whole world.'
In conclusion you are to say these words three times:
'Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us
and on the whole world'.

Jesus said that 3 O'Clock is the greatest hour of Mercy, it is the time he died on the cross. I do believe we are living in the times of Devine Mercy...when Jesus is calling everyone to himself..he died for everyone...he loves infinitely everyone..there is  no one excluded from his love. He gave us free will...so it is up to us to let him into our hearts and call on him..he is always with us..he never leaves us..we are the ones who leave him..but he is calling everyone back....let nothing seperate us from the Love of God...Jesus died for each of us and his love is such that we cannot comprehend it.
